What to serve at your wedding?

This question has as much to do as the people that are becoming one entity. People are creating menus that reflect their cultural heritage, personal taste, as well as what type of meal they would like serve at their event.

Here are some suggestions:

An early afternoon wedding:
A formal brunch buffet with a balance of savory and sweet, or an afternoon tea, salad and grilled Panini, or appetizers, keep it light and variety. Serving a heavy meal early in the day will make your guests sleepy, but keeping a balance of things on your menu will keep the party going.

An early evening wedding:
We suggest cocktails and appetizers served for an hour and then a formal buffet that offers variety for your family and friends. Make sure cold selections are cold and keeping hot foods hot.
